Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, April 22, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Teresa’s Church. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you at the AGM!
Call for Nominations for six Directors to the Board of STMPC
Please submit your nomination and required documents to stteresasmundypondcorp@gmail.com or at the office to the attention of the STMPC Secretary by Noon, Friday, April 4, 2025.
Eligibility:Must be at least 18 years old. A criminal record for an offence related to the operations of the Corporation will make your nomination void.
Purpose: Maintain St. Teresa’s Parish Complex as a Roman Catholic Church.
Time Commitment: Approximately four to six hours monthly.
We are currently seeking individuals with expertise in the following areas:
Property/Maintenance, Fundraising, Finance, Legal, Communications and Advertising.
In the submission, the Nominee will indicate their consent to be nominated and be supported by two persons (nominators). (Include all names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers). The Nominee must confirm that they read and understand STMPC Terms of Reference for Board Members. The Nominee must also complete and submit the STMPC Screening Package for Directors to the board with their nomination. Both are available in the links below. Finally, the nomination form must be accompanied by a statement of eligibility (maximum of 250 words) from the Nominee indicating how their experience fits with the skills and strategic areas being sought by the board. A head and shoulders photo would be appreciated as well.
